Glenn Davis is a global healthcare executive with extensive international P&L experience across medical devices, imaging, and digital health. He leads Smart Health for Niterra Ventures / NGK Spark Plug, driving new digital health businesses through venture investing, M&A, and strategic partnerships with NGK Venture Labs. Previously he held strategic business leadership roles at Caption Health (AI-guided ultrasound); served as founder and CEO of Desmo & Associates; President and General Manager of Esaote North America; Vice President for the Americas at Ekso Bionics; and senior worldwide sales and marketing roles at Siemens Healthineers in ultrasound. He holds an MBA from Villanova University and is based in Mountain View, California.
